Excellent Angel. Nice camo, something more unusual than you normally see.

It was interesting to see how you would make the camouflage. I think it has happened.

I am calling this done. I know that it's not much of interior and I will try to do one more kit for this campaign.

Very nice indeed Bogibg. I really love the overall look and feel. Very subtly weathered adding just enough interest. I am envious.

Thanks Peter. That makes two of us, since I envy your patience. So, if road ever take you to Sweden, come for a "coffee" so we can go over "details." 😁

I'm in with M3A1 Stuart and I hope this will the first campaign that I will finish on time. I will use Italeri/academy M3A1 + AFV suspension, Eudard's PE and some remains from abandoned Honey. I'm still waiting for the tracks from Bronco.

This is the particular vehicle I'd like to create - an M3A1 from USMC at Emirau Island. No fenders, grousers on the tracks - true beauty!

As I said, I will make one more entry for this campaign. Dingo really don't have much of interior...

Are there grousers available somewhere Marek? I would like to do this one someday myself, I'll be following your build.

Sure, they are provided with all Stuarts made by AFV. You can find them on sprue with the suspension.

On of the many countries high on my list. One day I might just take you up. Same if you come to Australia, but the more beautiful places are well north of me...

New Gecko Models A10 Cruiser Tank finished. First some progres pictures - I painted interior white

and later put everything together for painting

but in a hurry I forget to take finished interior photos.
So... Interior is there

And the rest

I have to say that this is one fine model. It took me 20 days from start to finish. Considering interior, 450 parts tracks and caunter scheme, I am happy with outcome.
Cheers

Deadlines are fine. At work. But i've come to the realization that deadlines and hobbies don't work for me. It ends up looking to much like work and that's not what i want. Above all i want hobbies to be fun.

With that realization i've decided to stop all groupbuilds, campaigns etc. that i've started. Of course i'll keep watching the often amazing builds i see coming along in the campaign threads, i'll just not participate anymore.

And since i consider it somewhat rude to just drop out without notice... well, there's this notice

The LSSC will be finished of course, but not in time for sure

Hello all,
I finally finished my Bushmaster. I officially call it complete.
The M249 is a mix of a Tamiya one and the kit stock. The M240s have not been mounted as they were really poor. The three Platt mounts have been thinned to be more to scale. The wheel cover and the mudflaps covers are decals from Mouse House. Those in the box are not the right colors.

Sensational Olivier. One fantastic finish all around, but else could I expect from you?

I have really enjoyed watching this one progress. Thanks for posting all the progress pics. And for the build tips along the way.

My Sherman hull interior is about 90% complete

I am also adding a turret interior to this kit so had to modify the upper hull to be able to fit the turret basket

To do the cutout I made a jig out of some pvc pipe, and added sheet styrene around the inside till the interior diameter was about right, then glued the whole thing in place with some PVA, before running a knife around the inside till I cut through he kit part.

This is about as far as I will get in this campaign unfortunately, due to illness and study workload.

Thanks a lot Peter for your support during the build. I'm glad you like the result.
