I'm surprised Hobby Boss doesn't make an M46 Patton, considering they already laid most of the groundwork with their existing kits of the various Pershings. Or do they?

They do not. I kitbashed the Dragon M46 and the HB M26A1 a year or so ago, thinking that would bring one out, but no. Maybe because I haven't painted it?

Dunno, they might demand the sacrifice of a Takom M47 for a kit bash.

Would an Italeri version do?

I don't know. The gods can be fickle.

The hull front is different between the 47 and 46. You need the late M26 hull front cast to cover the larger crew compartment blower. Dragons M46 isn't that bad I still have 2. It does need new tracks though
