Tiny touch ups but I am calling the fireman done.
Not my best but not my worse. I have a time constraint so it won't get the extra touch.

Thanks for looking !

Hi Jerry ,

thanks for posting your work on the firefighter figure . It reminds me of my father who was a professional firefighter for about 36 years . He's retired now as warrant officer .

The figure looks amazing a true Masterpiece which is kind of obvious if it comes right out your hands . I wish you a very happy New Year and a lot of joy .

HNY Jerry, great l’l vignette…so did it end up as a New Year prezzie?

It's SO J.R. – “hmm oughta make that wall more interesting, maybe throw some ivy at it”…and you come up with THAT?! Hope you keep it well-watered, it’s surely alive.

Rich,Tim,Pat and Nacho,
Thanks guys for the very generous and kind words. Yes,it ended up as a New Years' gift instead of Christmas for my sister. I couldn't find the inspiration after I had to put my best buddy down on the 27th of Dec.
I do get attached to my dogs.

Thanks for showing off the in progress and completed build. One of the things I have to learn now is modifying figures for some zombie/apocalypse dioramas I'm working on. Seeing how you and others do it, gives me the education/
encouragement to do the same. And I really like how you altered the dogs pose. Got about a dozen dogs in plastic and metal, but only 1 is running. Now I know how to do it.

Thanks for the kind words man. Glad I could help in any small way. Best thing I have learned when modifying things like this dog is get a few good pics off the interwebs. I tmakes it so much easier to find that more natural look.

Wow! That vignette turned out really nice. I am sure it was much appreciated. I just recently made a Dutch Farm Lady for my wife for her birthday and she really liked it. There is something about making something for someone that is meaningful to them.

Again, great job on this vignette.

Cheers,
James
