Looking very, very good, Robert!

Finished entry should be painted, while weathering is optional. So I think yours is almost finished!
You just need a small final push, mate!

I'll be very happy to award you the ribbon

if I can get the wheels finished tomorrow along with more detail (rusty tracks & exhausts, work on tracks (still too uniform colour)) then the rest Saturday afternoon I should be good... I reckon any personal weathering I want to do can be done as a side project....

tyres painted... need to finish detail painting and a little dust and she's done.... watch this space

oh so close.... so an early start on Good Friday and got more done than I expected before church.... wheels & tracks now on (tracks rusted, rust on spare tacks and little around the body) with cotton buds holding the upper track on the return rollers while little touches of glue dry (have noticed some links not 100% aligned unfortunately)... general dusting tomorrow I think...

only one question remains and that is if I put the side skirts on or not... will see before dusting (I think they hide a few messes around the lower hull

Yes, that's finished entry, Robert!

If you feel like, you can add some dust(then it will be a finished entry with some dust on it ).
Congratulations for crossing the finish line!

It has come out really nice Robert. The addition of the side skirts really beefed it up. Great work. Thanks for joining in.

Great campaign Angel.

It was a pleasure seeing such talented modellers demonstrating their skills with some awe inspiring work to get us (me) not so talented motivated.

I'm actually contemplating starting something more challenging closer to the end of the year.... the bug has bitten.

Thanks Peter!
It was nice to have you on board, mate!

Scratchbuilding is not dead and I believe it will not die in 3d printers age.
It can only be enriched and enhanced with the new opportunites technology progress offers!

Let's also thank Mike Koenig, who was the first to come up with the idea for this campaign 18 months ago!
for you, Mike!

Angel, Peter; thanks for the tip of the hat regarding this thread. It might have been my idea originally but we all have Angel to thank for carrying it through when I got sick.

Thanks to all who participated.

Mulţumesc mult,Bogi!

Half the participants were from Romania (Veliko Tarnovo is less than 180 km from Bucuresti, thus a tad more than 2 hours drive) and they brought splendid models!
