Hello all,

does anybody of you have the kit and could send me scans/ photos of the instructions? The usual suspects did not put them online.

Thanks,

Thomas

Hi Thomas;

Did you purchase the kit without the instruction book; I have the kit, altho I do not have the means to scan it. What part do you need help with, and I mite be able to answer your question. The kit went together quite well except for the track, which is trumpy's weak point IMHO unless you buy the Workable set.

Hello Mike,

I have the new 09565 BMPT Ramka kit. It has also parts included which are used on the Kazakhstan BMPT kit and are also found on the vehicles which were shown during the May 2018 Red Square parade, but the instruction do not show the placement at all in my kit. I just want to be sure that I do not oversee some things. I expect the instructions of the Kazakhstan BMPT help me with that.

You would also help me with photos of the instructions.

Hi Thomas;

It mite help if you could describe the part or there part numbers, the only thing that I can depict is the lack of Gun covers on the 2A42s, or there mite be something that I missed. As far as the 2A42s; there scale are suspect in my opinion ! Have you tried to do A search on the computer and see if you can see any issues.

Mike,

I want to do a side by side comparison of the assembly steps and compare them with the 2018 May Parade pictures of the now introduced serial production vehicle.

Thanks, Thomas

Hi Thomas;

I went ahead and watched the parade BMPT and went and looked over A friend of mine who has Trump's Kazak BMPT, there are different OHWS addon in the two kits !!
In the BMPT Kazak version they give you the extra storage bins but not the armored cover over the 2A42s. When I compared both instruction books they were the same except for the turret addon's, also you would have to modify the ATAKA missile pods to off set them from the side of the turret and provide the armored cover's over the tubes.

If I was you I would get as many pics as possible of the 2018 parade vehicles and use them rather than the Trumpeter instructions which are vague about which parts go on which version There are quite a few differences between Object199 (Ramka) and the service vehicles so pics of the real thing would be your best plan.

I'm currently building Trumpeters BMPT-72 as the Kadex 2014 version and there are lots of small differences from the kit as well as the fact the instructions make no mention of the differences between this and the other marking versions included.

Andy,
Mike,

many thanks so far. What I found out until now to make it a May 2018 Parade vehicle is to build the kit 09565 which I have with the optional parts for the 2017 option, plus stowage boxes on the fenders and the rear of the OHWS from the 09506 kit, plus part S16, which is only mentioned in the 09515 kit (it is a support pole behind the OHWS).

The instructions would help a lot to find out which additional parts are needed for the stowage boxes (like mounts, etc.).

Barrels from ABER and MC1200 paint from Mr. Paint are ordered. Replacement tracks not yet (I like workable ones which are easiest to attach after complete assembly, painting, weathering). Need to decide if with or without rubber pads.

Thomas
