I decided to back on this beast. Started work on the power pack after I finished the Panda Hobby M8 review. I used the M1A1 Abrams parts manual to try and plumb the engine as best as possible. Also added most of the mounting fixtures and cable conduits.

Pete, Amazing looking engine! May I ask what you used to make the cables, etc.? I have the Rye Field model with interior, too, and would love, when I get that far, to super detail the engine even close to as detailed as you did here!

It is a product that I can get from my local hobby shop and can also be bought at Bass Pro Shops or any other fish and tackle place. It is an assortment box of different size lead wire on spools.

Turned out amazing. Seems almost a shame to hide all that nice detail in the engine bay.
