Next year is the year 2020. 2020 is often referred to in terms of Visual acuity... i.e. 20/20 vision. (For tech specs on this - Google it!!!)

So I have a group build proposal - 20/20 for the year 2020. Any military vehicle that is intended for use in the observation (and reporting) role:
- Artillery observation
- Radar operation
- Reconnaissance (intent to see but not be seen)
- Fire control
- Command vehicles (not gun tanks that have dual roles and have an active offensive capability- tanks primarily designed with light weapons only to defend itself in need.)
- etc

Anyone interested?

Shortsighted as long as my memory goes back, I can't miss this one.
Will build a Wuerzburg radar(Amusing Hobby) on scratchbuilt Sd. Anh. 104 trailers.

Sounds like a cool group build to me too.
Angel: that Sd.Ah 104 is really a subject I want to learn to build. I discussed the subject yesterday with a fellow modeler from The netherlands. He and his wife came to my house in Pathum Thani Thailand to celebrate my Birthday. I showed him around on the various subject in my 'Vitrine' and on the forums I post my modeling. He was impressed by your works. It would be nice to learn over the coming 20/20 build how to build this one.
Long story short, I'm in.

Kind regards,

Robert Jan

This sounds interesting. I might have to check my inventory to see if I have anything that would qualify...or if I need to go shopping!

Robert, thanks a lot!

I'll share everything I have and used for my Sd. Anh. 104 builds.
And for any other build I've started or finished.

I consider sharing info/pictures/drawings/feedback the main principle of this hobby and the main reason modelling communities exist.

And although a bit late-happy birthday, I wish you a lot of quality plastics

This is a great idea - I'm in! Gotta think of an unusual conversion now, but there's plenty of time for planning...

Hello Peter, nice proposal.

I wonder if the British Panther CLV (Command and Liaison Vehicle) would be good for this campaign. If yes, count me in.

Hi Alex

Yes that would certainly fit the bill!

Thanks Everyone. We have more than 10 people so a proposal can be sent through. Last step:

How about Start date?

1 Jan 2020? or

1 Feb 2020 - to allow time for extensions to all those GB end date 31/12/2019 guys have subscribed to?

1st Feb is probably the better bet. I'm ok with ribbon #1, but #3 is interestingly creepy...
