Look like this? 3 tone day desert camo. Used by US from 91 to 2012. Still used (or variations) by numerous forces. I think the Peshmerga and some Iraqi units have been using it. Possible advisors might wear it to blend in?

Yes, it was known as DCU (Desert Camo Uniform), or 3-color DCUs. It was actually phased out in Apr '08 and no longer authorized for wear by the Regular Army. Special Ops wore it much longer, some still wear it.

I think something like this is what the poster was going for: dark brown, pale green, and beige color used.

"Painting tri colored Desert Camoflage Uniforms (DCU)"

That is the same pattern, just a different interpretation of it.

But it is pale green, not blue. Looks like FS34552 might work, if anybody makes it.

I used the Tamiya colors from the instructions, and they matched up well with my archived uniforms I wore in Desert Shield/Desert Storm:

XF-57: Buff
XF-60: Dark Yellow
XF-68: NATO Brown
