So finished the P204(f). Enjoyable introduction to an interior kit for me. I've added more photos to the campaign gallery (or I will do, once I figure out how to).

Upload them one at a time - try and do more than one and it will not work!

Nicely done. The camo looks great... for that novice crewman's first go at it, it looks brilliant!

My thanks, I will pass on compliments to the novice crewman

With regards to the campaign gallery, I've been able to upload to my gallery, hence the in progress photos in the in this thread. It's probably staring me right in the face, but for the life of me I cannot see how to upload direct to the campaign gallery (or transfer from my gallery).

Yes, it is a head scratcher if you haven't done it before. As far as I am aware, you need to load your pictures into the dedicated campaign gallery, you can't link to them uploaded elsewhere.

Go into the Gallery and make sure you are logged in - logging into the Forums doesn't mean you are logged in, in the Gallery. Then work your way into the specific 'Got wheels' Campaign Gallery:
https://photos.kitmaker.net/showgallery.php/cat/31934
On the upper left you will see a button that says 'Upload Photos'. Press that and follow your nose.

Beers and brush painting, a dangerous combo

The brown on the chassis will need a 3rd coat, then it's just touch-ups. On the fascine there's a little touching up to do, but I also might do individual sticks in lighter and darker shades for variation. Oh yea, then I have to do detail painting on the tools...

Thanks David. Never been to the actual brewery, bit of a hike for me, but close enough where I'm near distributors. Maybe one day

More progress,

Chipping and washes are done. Got some shading to do, some streaking, then a misting dust coat and some speckling. Almost there

Thanks Ezra. Found a reference with something similar so I had to do it. Real easy to make too, just random lengths of rod stuck rough sanded and glued together.

Thanks Peter. Wrapped it up tonight, here she is:

And my favorite shot,

It wouldn't be one of my builds if there weren't a few minor mistakes, but I'm happy with it. I have a habit of rushing things, especially towards the end.

And I guess that's it for me and the old style Armorama campaigns, this and unfinished business were the only two I signed up for this year. Worth it to go through the motions and upload to the gallery considering there won't be any ribbons on the new forums?

ladies and gentlemen i present you my finished Verlinden 1/35 V 100 Armoured Commando Car in Vietnam War colours.

i added some an altered verlinden figure and used some of their decals on the vehicle, including the "bomb Hanoi asda" logo on the front.

Yeah I like that shot too James. The low down pics always have the best impact.

Looks great David. Glad to see you got that beast of a kit sorted. I have a part started Horror Boss one in the stash, I should resurrect it ....
