Hi there,

I have been looking for a reliable source for french post war green on their own designed equipment. I saw something like "French Artillery Green", but i have no clue which kind of colour this could be? The recommendations from Amusin Hobby and their ARL-44 are not that trustworthy either.
I really want to paint my ARL-44 in its once true colours :-)

Thank you for any help there!

Thanks

Dominik,

For my French post war armour I use a Tamiya aerosol paint - their AS-6 "Olive Drab USAAF" which seems to work well.

Whether or not it's appropriate for the ARL 44 I don't know, although I've used it on mine.

I'm sure Olivier Carneau will spot this and offer an alternative.

Hi Brian,

thanks for the tip. Recently I found out that Heller released Army Green, Vert armée matt (102) which seems to be spot on with french colours of the 50s
