Great build and fantastic weathering on a great little kit! Very realistic. Love those Wolfs....just need Revell to release a long-wheel-base version.

I'm building that same kit right now, and I have a great respect for what he accomplished straight out of the box. Really well done! thanks for posting. -Sean H.

I like the weathering. Revell does some Good models for modern period of german army. Wheels need to be replaced because the scheme of the tires isn't well made and the rims are a bit wrong in the general forms.

What countries used this type of jeep, I want to put it with a Maz 536 tank transport carrying a t-62 Taliban from Mig conversion from when the USSR was in Afghanistan. I really don't know anything about that period and was wondering if it would look accurate, does anyone make a USSR jeep, I tried to find one but no luck. Maybe someone here heard about one someone made a USSR jeep. I posted here because I know from school that when the Berlin Wall went up Russia got part of Germany so I thought maybe they incorporated some of Soviet stuff and called it there own. Meaning the German's. Amazingly beautiful work, I hope mine comes out half as good as yours I would be happy. The weathering inspired me to try and start modeling again after I got pistol whipped an mugged my concussion has had made it hard to focus and put things together. I am trying to find things to motivate me but it's hard. Happy Modeling William DeCicco

Several 1/35th scale variants of the UAZ-469 have been released by Military Wheels, like this one : but they all need some extra "work"... http://www.cybermodeler.com/hobby/kits/mw/kit_mw_3505.shtml The earlier GAZ-69M was used in Afghanistan as well : Sorry for the digression... HTH Frenchy
