Why is it strange to see figures? Is there something in the rules against that.. or is there another problem with that? I've also made my vote.. it's always difficult to choose just one Hisham

Yeah, the rules say no Figures or Diorama - just the vehicle

This is one of the hardest line ups of finished models to vote on for some time with the models being excellent examples of our craft. I would be proud to have any of them on my shelf. Hisham the rules state that no figures can be used with the vehicle however Keith does exercise best judgement in an attempt to maintain as level a playing field as possible. the rules also state that the model should not be attached to a base but again Keith exercises his best judgement. the reason these rules were added from memory is because we started getting full blown dioramas being entered which is usually an unfair advantage. I believe Keith allows what could be called a vehicle vignette, but even then he would not allow vehicles pictured with figures around or all over a model. Keith can clarify this himself but I believe he tolerates a single figure as long as it is not the central theme.

Hi Guys I will in most cases not exclude a model for having a single figure, or being on a simple base. To be honest we dont get that many and most are from first time entrants which is followed up by an email from me point out the rules and asking for future entries to follow the rules. In the end this is a community contest and I want as many to be involved as possible. HTH Keith

My vote is in. I agree with Darren/CMOT that this month was hard to pick just one model. Good Luck to all!
