About Anthony Kochevar (ajkochev)
FROM: UTAH, UNITED STATES

I've modeled ships as a teen and started the hobby again in 2005. For some reason I got into the history of the Japanese Navy at this time and started building ships of this navy. I also do N Scale model railroading, reef aquariums and a few video games.

Hi Anthony! What a masterpiece of minaturization! Your integration of the PE is so crisp and seamless, and the canpoy framework on the tiny tiny aircraft is amazing. I hope you have plans to set the model on a water base, that would really complete the illusion of reality. --Karl

WOW... WOW! You are a PE Masochist! That is amazing work and the finish is perfect. That's why I have a stack of 1/700 PE that's never been opened. Again, amazing attention to detail!

Thank you everyone. The scale is 1/700, the markings on the planes are decals. One white circle, with a smaller red one over the top.

That's a lot of hard work in 1/700 scale, all of the little details add a lot to your build. Your PE work is excellent, particularly on the island. Interesting choice on the display base, gives it a museum display aura.
