It was one of those mornings where the fog and cold hung in the air. It was so thick, you couldn’t see five meters in front of you. But the meteorologist promised it would soon burn of and become an ideal day for flying. That meant they would be coming later, to drop their bombs on my homeland. My groundcrew has been working all night to get my Butcher Bird flying again. They pulled the necessary parts off Peter’s plane yesterday. He wont be needing them anymore. Now I can hear the sound of my BMW 801 engine cranking, catching, roaring. Yes it is going to be an ideal day for flying….
