AirFix are often dismissed as making models aimed at children. However AirFix is tackling the 1/48th scale products aimed at the armoured fighting vehicle area of our hobby, and have released a number of models in this scale in a few packaging options along with some tanks in 1/76th scale.
AirFix may have something with these new modern armoured fighting vehicle releases in 1/48th scale, and if the moulding and fit is good I can see these kits changing the opinions of a number of modellers as regards AirFix.
