It has been about 6 months since our last (forced) move, but since that time our hosting provider has updated their hosting offerings to more modern processors, etc.
KitMaker will have a new server which boasts an i7 Intel chip set with 4 cores. This should be a big performance increase over the older processor our current server is using. We are getting twice the RAM and 3x the hard drive space as well.

The move should happen this weekend if all goes to plan. The site may be unreachable for some time while the backup and file migration are taking place. We apologize for this, but when dealing with dynamic database driven sites there is not much choice than doing it this way.

We will be using our KitMaker Facebook site to keep everyone posted so check there for updates if you can't access the sites.

I hope that I am then onlyn one having this problem but the site was horribly slow today and this evening. By the way, the "Meng" site is so slow that it is simply unaccessible

Super fast load times. The only thing I don't like is that you get kicked back to the kitmaker network when you try to go back to forums. No problems with Meng loading.

I had a similar issue when trying to get to Aeroscale.kitmaker.net every time i tried it kept taking me to the Kitmaker home page. The fix for me was to delete all of my browser Cache.

Problem solved. Don't know which end it was on, but I'm no longer being redirected to the Kitmaker network.

Have to happily admit that the site now romps along! The short page load times are superb! Much appreciated Jim!

Hmm, I just noticed that the posts on the forum page are dated in GMT. But the individual posts are dated, on my screen at least, in MDT. Can I get them in PDT??
