We are already seeing many of these 3D Printing parts coming onto the market. I believe the next few years are going to be very exciting times for our hobby thanks to this new technology.

These are FANTASTIC!! The "mesh" in the kits is totally wrong, since they were really slats. Where can we get some sets? UPDATE: Oy, they're $44 a set. Well worth it, though, if you want authenticity and don't want to build your own from the Griffon set (been there, done that, won't go there again).

Hi Bill, With Click2Detail, you go to their website and order directly. Same as with Shapeways.com - the other big resin 3D printing service...

I'm always curious how parts like this fit with other major kits... for instance, I wonder how much problem I'd face in putting these on the Tamiya kit, rather than the DML kit they're meant for

Less pricey are the Kamizukuri paper sets for the SdKfz 7 LINK LINK I got a set the last time I ordered from Japan. I haven't used them but they look very nice. Jake: Unless you know that the DML and Tamiya parts are EXACTLY the same dimensions, you're in serious risk of wasting the Click2detail part, IMHO.

I'm the one who designed them. I used to have the old Tamiya kit years ago but I ended up cutting the cargo bed for the anti skid for another project so there's no way for me to verify that it would fit on that kit. It would probably be like trying to make a purse out of a sow's ear anyway.

There's been a price adjustment to this set, the new price is $28.86
