Masterpiece Models is ramping up for the holidays with some really cool new offerings. Masterpiece Models is releasing four new sets just in time for the holidays!
Masterpiece Models has four new sets in 1/35 scale for use in your next diorama, first up:

CD7014 – 1/35th Chateau Approach Base: $29.99
A resin base that offers a partial cobblestone/brick street and the approach to a cheateau complete with stone fence and steps.

CD7008 – 1/35th Factory Ruins:$39.99
The factory ruins depict something akin to the battle of Kursk or a heavy industrial area. Resin base with factory brick/stone wall elements, rubble and even machinery pieces that add that exta element of realism.

CD7011 – 1/35th Loungues Battery Atlantic Wall Bunker: $99.95
The Atlantic wall bunker is an impressive piece of resin and polyfoam. Complete with 15cm gun turret as well. This is a monster diorama in and of its own and would make an impressive contest entry.

MMET007 – 1/35th Southern European Villa: $49.95
The Southern European Villa is something that would be in place in any southern Europe or Mediterranean based diorama. Villa has both a façade as well as an interior. Imagine your Dragon Wagon parked in front of that place!

As always thank you to our friends at Masterpiece Models for the heads up on these new releases! Check out Masterpiece Models other fantastic offerings on their web page:

Wow, it's an expensive item, but Batterie Longues-sur-Mer was one of the highlights of the trip I took to Normandy with my son.

Is this really new or re-releases of old Custom Dioramics items (hence the CD... reference)?

It is a new release for Masterpiece Models, but you are correct, Masterpiece Models has acquired a good portion of the Custom Dioramics structures.

Very nice stuff....

That looks impressive! I'm very pleased to see more Atlantic wall fortifications being sold, there really aren't many Normandy fortifications available that I can find.

Thanks for the interest guys! C_JACQUEMONT, Kevin is correct, this is a re release of the CD line. We have acquired a large collection of the old kits that are no longer available other than through us. One of the advantages of this is that we cast in resin and not the brittle plaster of the original kits. Also for the buildings we have acquired from CD, we are working to add interior details as well to bring these great pieces to a modern age in casting and detail level.
