This is one of those stories which got 'missed' during my absence from the site in July (and half of August). Formation Models have began producing a series of update sets for Academy's M3 Lee in 1/35th scale....
Three sets have been released initially dealing with the suspension. Due to the commonality of some components, some utility will inevitably be found for those building early-war Shermans as well. It would be reasonable to expect taht there will be more updates for the Lee in the planning stage - so watch this space!

- Stamped Wheels for M3 Medium Tank
- Grease Fittings on Wheel Face
- Back Side Wheel Detail

F069 - Quick Fix Suspension Set for Academy's M3 Lee ($17)



Includes Six Bogie Housings Accurately Scaled to Correct the height issue with Academy's M3 Lee kit. Includes Return Rollers and Volute Springs. Utilizes the Academy kit's Swing Arms and Road Wheels. As a bonus, the use of these parts allows the complete assembly of the spare Sherman suspension in the Academy kit

Accurately Detailed Early VVSS M3 Style Suspension
Includes Seperate Accurate Adjustable Idler Mounts to Allow Adjustment of Track Tension
