Sabre Models is a new company to us here at Armorama and at the moment they appear to have just the one product available. The product is a German Railway Schwerer Plateform Wagen Type SSys in 1/35th scale.
This first model from Sabre Models looks to show a lot of promise for futures releases. The detail looks good overall and should meet the expectations of modellers. The carriage wheels are nice having been included as turned aluminium offerings. The only place we have found taking orders for this product is Lucky Models. The price is also very competitive showing at $35.99 £22.94 €32.28, however the postage costs knock the price up by a fair amount. So if you are into rail transport in War Time or generally this may be worth watching for.

This looks like a step up from the DML and Tank Workshop offerings, especially at the price of $35.

The moulding reminds me of an old Ironside kit (which is not meant as a criticism).

Once you've got a nice set of trucks, scratching other wagons is a breeze. Glad to see Raymond is offering the kits. If shipping is an issue, as I've always said: Order more stuff!
