Does the sight above not look different from the resin one? Is the sight in the kit a standard US Army unit? Also, is it me or is the TOW in the kit look to be mounted too low. Appears that the backblast from the missile would blow off the rear hatch / armor.

[/quote] All I know is the GPS (PADS) component is not part of the top of the missile sight in the photo, but there are others on this website that know more details than I do. The Legends offering come in parts that can be easily modified to more closely match what is seen in use today.

John, the rear elements of armor are meant to be folded down when the missile is fired. There is a great video of a TOW being fired from a Maxxpro where it blows some part of the vehicle off the roof as the middle leave the tube. It might be some sort of conduit or something. I've done a ton of research on the web and this model looks dead on. I bought most of these parts from Peter Samofalov from his Shapeways store. He did his research well. Regards, Eric
