W-Model is soon to add another Soviet beast to its roster of fighting vehicles of the Cold War era.
The 2A3 Kondensator 2P was a Soviet 406mm self-propelled howitzer. First seen in 1957 during a Red Square parade, it was thought that the weapon was a mere mockup, created for deterrent effect. It had a crew of 8 and had a rate of fire of 1 round per 5 minutes. There were 4 Kondensators built. It was in service in 1956 and was retired by mid-1960.
2A3 Kondensator Soviet 406mm SPG (WB 55) will be issued as a limited edition kit containing resin and photo-etched parts.
