Jean Tetard presents the Photofile nš6, devoted to the Japanese Special Type 4 Ka Tsu amphibious tank.
This PDF file deals with the sole surviving exemplar preserved at the WWII and Korea LVT Storage Yermo Annex Museum in Barstow, California. This is the personnel transport version, not torpedo carrier.

Although the main part is a detailed walkaround, it also has colour profiles, history and technical data of the vehicle and a list of available models.

The file is structured for easy navigation through the different sections and pages thanks to links.

They also promised the torpedo carrying version but it hasn't turned up. Maybe gone the same way as AFV-Clubs M8 HMC ... maybe in 2019 .... who knows. Comes with those rubbish DS-tracks ... two complete sets of Ka-Mi tracks and the model builder is supposed to cut & join to make one set of the longer tracks needed for the Ka-Tsu ... LINK / Robin

Too many 1/48 P-47s to complete first, and an HO brass New York Ontario & Western Y-2 Class "Heavy" 4-8-2 in one of my paint booths, I guess...

Only been a year since I placed the order.... LINK I too would like to know how to acquire a copy.

Thank you, that was most generous! It looks excellent and is a very useful reference. Sadly, looking through it also drives home the amount of work to fix Dragon's kit. . .
