A week or so ago, we ran a Report on a W.I.P. from Masterbox of the first of the company's New 'theme' - Infantry in the Western Desert. Now, another set from the company - German Afrika Korps Innfantry.

The New set will be:

3593 - DAK, German Infantry, WWII, North Africa Desert Battles

There will be six figures in the set - an Officer and five infantrymen. Once again, the figures are designed in very animated manner. Also, as is the release/design policy from Masterbox, the figures are designed to be complementary to the others in the same series, or, if so wished, as stand-alones.

We've also been given a glimpse to the future plans of the company within the 'Desert Battles' series. Three more sets are planned which will be:

3579 - Italian Infantry,

3580 - British Infantry Attacking

3587 - DAK, German Mortarmen

Finally, a set which is under development as we speak will include, for the first time EVER in Styrene, A Commowealth Heavy Weapon set - the Vickers HMG is within the company's development schedule.
