This should be a well received variant. I'm sure Cobra King will be flogged like the proverbial, but hopefully it will compell modellers to research further for different markings... Includes add on welded armor for hull. Well thank the gods for that...

Cobra King better be one of the markings. I have been wanting to do this tank since reading about it being found in Germany and now getting restored at the Patton museum. They also think this tank was knocked out on the Hammelburg Raid, i.e. Patton's POW raid to get his son-in-law.

Cobra King's markings are not included, if the pic on Tasca's site is of the actual kit decals here . If they aren't included it wouldn't be too hard to do them yourself, or wait a little and one of the AM guys will do a set I'd bet. I have the Formations conversion, but I'll definitely be picking up at least one of these!! Cheers, Mike

Bison Decals has announced a specific set for Cobra King and other Jumbo Shermans. Hopefully it does not take as long as the Col Abrams Thunderbolt Markings that i have been waiting for the last 6 months to finish my M4a3 76 (w)!

Well it will be a while before I get one, at $61.95 on pre-order now, I can wait a few more months for the price to come down. I am bumbed it does not come with Cobra King markings. This is probably one of the most famous individual tanks of WWII.
