Alan I just got around to reading this review, in the lows you mention that the decals have not been included, this must make an AM item that is purchased to make an item more accurate a very very big let down.

Hi Darren,

This is a fairly old set, not sure when it came out but a good few years ago, so it would be somewhat unfair to compare it with the demands we expect today, but yes, no decals is a major low. I don't know anyone who makes British Ammo .303 Decals nor if there was a decal set at sometime in the past.

That said, there aren't that many ammo sets around for Brtish infantry, the only other one I can think of are the Bren Boxes made by Ultracast and although very good are not cheap for what you get. Odd boxes appear here and there elsewhere and there is the very old Italeri set but not much else I know off, but I don't ever remember seeing a decal set.

There is an AM opportunity there, but whether anyone might take it up your guess is as good as mine.

Some additonal references that may be of interest:

Vickers ammo

Maybe with the increased interest in British/Commonwealth kits we might get a set or two to cover both rifle and vickers ammo and the 3"mtr boxes that were also very common.

Al
