Dave Shick reviews Dragon's Apollo 11 set, that combines the CSM and LEM in one box with a small lunar display base and figures.

Hi,

I read your review this morning and i just had to comment on it. I also have the same model.

When i went to start prepping it i noticed that there were no painting and decal placement instructions. So i contacted dragon to find out if I could get another copy...two days later Dragon informs me that the instructions are on the "bottom of the box" and after carefully flipping the box over...there they are.

Thank you for the review. An enjoyable and informative read. And then I read Kenneths observations and I haven't stopped laughing.

This reminds me of the first model I ever "built", a 1/72 LEM bought for a dime from a magazine when I was five years old. I usually build ships now (the kind that go in the water), but this one looks tempting. thanks for the review, looks like a fun build.
