Great review! The book also contained some information I didn't know about.

I too wished the book could've been 8-12 pages longer. I would be willing to pay a few extra dollars more for that.

Thanks!

Hi All,

I picked up this book when it came out as the release had been delayed, lots of useful information including the very fuzzy shot of the UK Bushmasters in Bagdhad, my only grumble was the artwork showing the DPV, a few minor errors if you don't know your vehicles. It was a shame that the VLRA was not mentioned as they both served as Mothership during Op Trent.

A valuable title from Osprey (again) and if you interested in things modern then it should be on your must buy list. I was surpised how big the M-ATV is.

Regards

Brian

I was very surprised at how big the M-ATV is also Brian. I had no idea they were that much bigger than the HMMWV.

Hi Brent,

I had read the book and I thought that the front cover picture was a perspective thing, unitl I watched a documentry (UK) on IED's and how the Coalition was countering them. There was an M-TV at a trade show and it was only when you saw visitors stood next to it did you appreciate the size.

Regards

Brian
