Thanks, James. That was quick. I'm hoping to get them painted and get some photos if time allows.

Nice review Russ I just wish all of the figure manufacturers would consider including decals with their products as I believe it is the next logical step to impress their customers.

Very helpful review. I especially appreciated you going the extra mile by partially assembling figures and then photographing them on models to show how they could be posed realistically for incorporation into a diorama.

Darren and Fred, thank you. I agree on decals in figure kits. It would be a major selling point and the cost would be minimal.

Having been one of the "Oh no, not more Germans " guys, you KNOW that I have ordered both sets of these new US tankers. They should arrive today or tomorrow. YES...........PS.... I agree with Darren and think that All figures should come with patch decals. It would be a very nice addition. After all, the kits come with decals . Why not the figures ????

Hi Russ,
Can you clarify that you did indeed get decals inside this kit's box? The box does not indicate decals are included and the sample I just got direct from MiniArt had no decals either.

Why didn't you take a photo of the decals?

Thanks,
Jim

Yes, it does include decals. Tri color armored division patch for each crew member, plus chevrons for the sgt. and private.

Hi Russ,
Thanks for that. Oddly it must be some kind of mistake as I checked with our contact at MiniArt and they are saying no decals with any of these recent releases (Close Combat, US Tankers, British Tankers).

Cheers,
Jim

It's my mistake. I condensed my modeling table and had help boxing things up. The decal from the Dragon tank crew that came with the M-24 I had out was placed in the Miniart box. The Miniart kit does not contain decals. I am very sorry for the error. I have no idea what other surprises await me when I unpack.
