Instructions are often a challenge with these smaller outfits. Adds to the challenge, right?

Good luck!

Build phase of my Maquette T-34/85 is complete:

This is such a dog of a kit--really makes me appreciate the big name producers. Good think the brass barrel didn't set me back more than a few bucks.

Now just have to wait for the weather to warm back up so I can get some primer on this.

Pretty nice, Jan! Your metallic finish is fantastic! You also did great with the antenna!

Do you think spraying a very translucent yellow-amber filter might blend the decal in with the rest of the finish? I think it would create a somewhat oily appearance.

Mark, that could be it, just blend it in the silver with yellow-amber i think i will try it, thanks
The antenna is a stretched sprue from Airfix plastic, i find that better working due to it's soffness

Nice progress on the builds!

So after much neglect I've made a little progress with the PCM Hurricane I've got the top camo done I used German olive green for the dark olive and NATO Black for the black(Green base). I'm in the midst of debating what paint to use for the bottom camo. I'm leaning heavily towards RLM65 quite possibly Vallejo or Aeromaster. Since Finland was at the time allied with Germany and I think the Hurricanes were acquired from them they may well have used Luftwaffe colour equivalents. (That's my theory and I'm sticking with it!)

Here are some pics to show you the progress so far.

Thanks Mark! Just sorting out the rest of the colours needed to finish it off. Should look a million bucks when finished. (Says he modestly!)

I am in for this campaign. I am going with two infantry units from the game Dust Tactics. The figures are made by Dust Studios. So definitely one of the other guys.

The figures come already build, but I have take them back apart to clean mold lines and fixed some scenery on the bases.

Next is a base coat and painting can begin.

Some progress on my figures. Basic colors are on and the white metal body armor has been scratched to simulate wear in the city fighting.

Next are the washes and highlights.

More to follow

OOPs this is the wrong campaign I am building a different Master box Kit for this campaign

As far as I know, they are their own molds, I've built a couple of their 1/72 tanks, and they didn't have numbered sprues either

Got a little further this longer weekend, we have Labour Day on 1st of May today

The kit needs some putty, filling etc., but that depends on the version you wanna build (7 Options!). As I build a TWA mail plane, I had to close up the front cockpit with scratch parts. Of course that means some filling
Have fun, mates

My modeling skills are slowly improving, although you can't tell from my photography, which un-like a fine wine, is not improving with age:

Once I get back from travelling next week, I'll mount the running gear and call this one done!
