What's the "device" in the second image, Robin?

Love the way the tie-down is shown in the graphics, too.

What about "foreign" equipment, like the Chieftain mentioned by Jason? Maybe even a French AMX-30 B2, AUF1 or AMX-13?

I think they also sold a kit without the interior but I could be wrong

There was also a conversion by Verlinden for the Italeri M107 or M110 (same chassis)

Also note that the pusher axle has been removed,
when lifted up the wheel used to fit into the hood above the fire extinguisher
