Whilst these look amazing I can see even the sets with the rubber blocks may have a bit too much weight and thus suffer from the previous metal tracks for Shermans - SAG. Looking forward to seeing how these go and hope I am wrong. I wish Bronco had done their plastic ones the same way

Well I for one am looking forward to their release. Any idea as to when they will be available?

Can we assume the T48 set includes enough end connectors to build it with or without the extended end connectors?

The set consists only 180 cast resin track links and 360+ metal end connectors.

Duckbills will be a separate additional set MTL-35311.

These look very promising. Can you show the tracks on a model, so we can see how they actually fit?

Regards,
John

These look much better than the Friul tracks which have different pieces for flat runs and curves. Since you don't always know how many links you need for each, that's a recipe for disaster.

And the plastic tracks like Bronco aren't worth the gas it would take to set them on fire: they come apart when under tension; get frozen if you use too much glue; fall to pieces if you use too little glue.

They look REALLY good: very finely cast. The outside faces of the end connectors are much neater than Friuls.

Separate plastic and metal parts for the rubber block types will help painting no end. Paint the plastic parts your chosen rubber shade after scuffing up, age the metal parts in blackening fluid before wire-brushing the wear points. Then assemble and fit.
