Anyone ever used this thinners and is it ok for washes and such?

Ah, good old Bob Ross, rest his soul. "We'll put some happy little trees right here." He could produce a masterpiece landscape in a half hour.
This is just re-branded general mineral spirits and can be used for any technique involving oils - washes, filters, dots, pin washing, etc. It's light and won't effect acrylic clear coats.

Thanks Matthew much cheaper than buying mig or AK stuff.I can get a 1000ml for as little as £9 and AK thinners are about £6 for 100ml
I've been watching some of Bob's videos on youtube the things he could do with a brush.

Many art supply stores have oder-less mineral spirits under various brand names.
