Wow! I wonder if anyone seeing these large scale figures could remain calm and not start planning a large scale project with the fabulous new set of figures from Jeff Shiu.

Holy Smokes ! Jeff has been one busy guy ! This would make the ultimate diorama !
I have a wish that he could scale them down to 1/35th.

Thanks Mario for posting this !

3 out of 3 beers for sheer awesomeness !
Now, all I need is a spare $1000.....

Must have been commandeered into the SS in such a hurry that he forgot to remove his breast eagle!

Surely it doesn't take much imagination to realise from the poses, binoculars out and crew looking into the distance that this has been sculpted with the Panther stationary observing the ground ahead awaiting further instructions to move. The driver out of his hatch to observe the landscape etc with the others.

There's more - he only has two pips on his collar patch and NCO tresse around his collar so he's not an officer at all, but an officer cadet, either an SS- Hauptscharfuhrer d. Res (RFA) or an SS- Standartenoberjunker d. Res. Hopefully the spurious breast eagle is easy to grind off!

Its thoughtful to have such large scale models these days, so many of us older modelers who once supported the plastics industry by building huge collections in their stash, need to be able to see what we are building. I can see the practicality of this, but I have too many kits in 1/35 stash form to give up yet. Maybe if I live to 80!
